Email team@casadecorazon.org to reserve a date. A signed agreement and half the package rate (to include a la carte services) are required to secure your date. The final payment is due 3 months prior to the event.

Casa de Corazón can comfortably host 100 guests. If you anticipate having more than 100 guests please reach out to us to discuss.

The rehearsal is typically scheduled in the afternoon a day or two prior to the wedding.

No! You can chose any vendors that you would like we only provide a preferred vendor list so you can get started with some high quality recommendations.
However, if you choose the Queens Package we do require that your caterer comes from a list that we provide to include our preferred vendors.

As we are located in the heart of King William, we do not have a parking lot at this time and rely on available street parking. However, we are working with local business to provide rental lots. Please reach out to us for details and pricing.
We highly recommend encouraging guests to carpool or utilize rideshares.

You can reference your contract for specifics, but 4 hours prior to the ceremony is typically allowed for venue setup. After the event, they will have one hour to break down and vacate the premises.

We do not provide wedding planning services as a planner will work with you from beginning to end to plan your big day. We do provide wedding coordination services at an additional cost. For details about these services please visit our event coordination page.
